Overview

However you want to use VenueGen there is a pricing model that will work for you. There is no charge to attend events hosted by others and with a free account you can also host your own events using the nearly full-featured free version of VenueGen. You can also upgrade your free account to an individual membership for only $39.99 per month. With an Enterprise Business Account you can brand and embed VenueGen technology right into your website and every person in your company can host both private and public events.

A Free Account enables you to attend an unlimited number of events. You can also host an unlimited number of public events but not private events. You are limited to having only one event scheduled at a time. There are also other limitations with free accounts such as a limited ability to control your audience. For example, you cannot expel a disruptive attendee. There is no document storage with free accounts so content must be uploaded again for each event. Free accounts do not include content security encryption, guaranteed service uptime, or support.

Business Accounts are designed for organizations with multiple event hosts. Business Accounts include unlimited public and private scheduled events and an unlimited number of users on the account that can all host their own events if granted hosting rights by your account administrators. Business accounts include content encryption, priority uptime, premium support, unlimited instructor led training, real-time usage reporting and optional company website and calendar integration. VenueGen Business Accounts are very flexible in that they enable companies to purchase only the quantity of event hours they actually plan to use each month.

  • Event Hours: Business Account pricing is based on Event Hour usage. Event Hours are the total number of hours (calculated in minutes) that Attendees spend attending virtual events online during a thiry day period. Event Hours are calculated by multiplying the number of Attendees times the actual number of minutes they spend attending each Event. For example, if an Event Host creates a two-hour Event that is attended by a total of 10 Attendees who remain for the entire length of the Event then that host will have used 20 Event Hours.
  • Plan Hours: Plan Hours are the number of Event Hours that a Business Account pre-purchases for use during a 30-day period similar to how phone plan minutes are purchased. Unused minutes automatically roll forward. Agreements are for nintey-day terms. You can cancel or change your plan at the end of any ninety-day term.
